Breaking Bouquet

Inspired by Rupi Kaur, a poet who depicts the raw emotions of suffering, breaking and the stages of healing. Her way of words let the lines flow seamlessly across the page, joining to create a woman, who breaks over and over again through the cracks in her heart, the aching body. The cracks grow after each pain, rejection, death and break up. However, growing through the cracks is a blossoming flower, flourishing. Symbolising the hope and the power to overcome all the heartache.
